Logan County Board of Education members have been involved in some formal ceremonies since 2017 began.
Three board members were sworn in at the January meeting. Johnny Dawson of the Olmstead district and Phil Baker of Chandlers were reelected in November were reelected while Teresa Hendrix of Lewisburg is beginning her first term.
Logan County Judge/Executive Logan Chick presented board members a proclamation for National School Board Member Month. In the other picture above, Logan County Principal Caycee Spears is honored by the board for being named an Advanced Placement Honor Roll School for 2016.
