In the record books!

Logan County senior Davis Switzer has etched his way into the record books yet again! A year after he became the fifth boy in school history to qualify for State, he now becomes the first boy in school history to qualify for a second year! Davis battled hard in a strong field and a difficult golf course to fire a 77 and claim an individual spot in the KHSAA State Tournament.

Our entire team battled hard Monday! Junior Mason Hancock finished second on the team and tied for 24th with an 81. Senior Collin Jackson finished with an 88 to tie for 47^th  Seventh grader Jase Porter battled to card a 90 and tie for 56^th. Sophomore Sam Bruner fired a 94 and tied for 65^th.

We are so proud of our guys for how they clawed their way to the finish line not only today, but all season long. They represented themselves and this team with class today!

Davis will move on to the first round of State on Tuesday, Sept. 29^th, at Bardstown Country Club at Maywood.
