The Russellville Electric Plant Board will be initiating planned outages of our Broadband system on Sunday, Nov. 26, Monday, Nov. 27, and Tuesday, Nov. 28, starting at 11 p.m. each evening concluding the following day by 6 a.m., in order to conduct system maintenance.

This will be a system-wide event with all Internet, telephone and TV services being affected by intermittent outages. Once the maintenance is complete, customers may need to restart their set top boxes, and routers to restore service.

We are very sorry for the interruption in service and any inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to providing a stable and reliable network for our customers; therefore, we look for every opportunity to fail-proof our system.

If for any reason you do not regain service after 6 a.m., please contact our technical support team at 270-726-2466; option 3 during office hours or option 2 any time before or after our business hours.

Again, thank you for you understating and patience as we work to provide more reliable service to our customers.
