Several Logan Countians among SKYCTC spring graduates

Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) honored 546 graduates at the College’s Commencement Ceremony, Friday, May 8. The ceremony was held at the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center.

"We honor each of our graduates for the hard work they have put forth to achieve their educational goals. We also pay tribute to the family and friends for the great support they give to the graduates," said Dr. Phillip Neal, president of SKYCTC.

Of the 24 Kentucky counties which SkYCTC graduates count as home, Logan had the third highest number of graduates, trailing only Warren and Barren counties, in which five of the six SKYCTC campus are located.

Some former Logan Countians were among the graduates who now list another home, including Archie Harris of Simpson County and Whitley Thompson of Warren County.
