Logan Economic Alliance for Development - LEAD and the Logan Industrial Authority (IDA) have announced the sale of the newly constructed speculative building at Shelton Lane Industrial Park, in Russellville, to ClearFlow Metalworks. The company will establish its first U.S. manufacturing operation in Russellville, representing a $28 million investment and 50 new full-time jobs.

The 105,000-square-foot facility, located on approximately 16.4 acres with room for future expansion, was developed by the IDA with support from Logan Fiscal Court and the City of Russellville to attract new industry.

Funding assistance from the Kentucky Product Development Initiative (KPDI) and TVA InvestPrep Grant helped position Logan County to compete for new manufacturing opportunities.

“We are so proud to welcome ClearFlow Metalworks as they establish their first U.S. facility here in Russellville, Kentucky,” said Brooke Waldrup, President and CEO of LEAD and the Logan Industrial Development Authority. “Their investment in our newly constructed speculative building at Shelton Lane Industrial Park represents an exciting milestone for economic development in Logan County. Beyond the jobs this project will create, we look forward to building a lasting partnership with ClearFlow Metalworks as they become part of our community.

“We are especially grateful to the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development, TVA and our other utility partners for their continued collaboration and commitment to bringing this project to fruition. This announcement is a testament to what strong partnerships and a shared vision can accomplish for Logan County.”

ClearFlow Metalworks, affiliated with Vietnam-based East Asia Aluminum Company Limited, will focus on sustainable aluminum recycling and manufacturing. Its first phase will involve secondary aluminum billet casting, with an estimated annual production capacity of 100,000 tons.

We look forward to contributing to the local economy, creating new job opportunities, and bringing innovative solutions to support American manufacturing.”

“We’re proud to welcome ClearFlow Metalworks to Logan County and to the Commonwealth of Kentucky,” said Logan County Judge/Executive Phil Baker. “We’re excited to have them join our community, and we’re ready to support their success as they put down roots here.”

“We are thrilled to welcome ClearFlow Metalworks to the City of Russellville,” said Russellville Mayor Mark Stratton. “This partnership marks a significant milestone in our economic development, bringing high-quality jobs and sustainable growth to our community. We are blessed that you selected Russellville for your home.”
