On Saturday, Sept. 14, Russellville had its own Disney meet and greet! The RHS cheerleaders hosted a “Princess Tea Party” for children in Preschool and Kindergarten. Each cheerleader dressed up as a different Disney princess and children came to get their picture taken with them and an autograph.

The students played an assortment of games, danced, and finally sat down to have “tea” and cookies with their favorite princess. It’s every little girl’s dream to meet a princess, and thanks to Russellville’s cheerleaders, their dream came true!

Beverly York, cheerleading sponsor, said, “This is one of our favorite fundraisers. The girls love dressing up, but even more they love watching the little girls’ eyes sparkle and dance as they meet their favorite princess”.
