Russellville Independent School Board Member Davonna Page has been selected to lead KSBA’s (Kentucky School Board Association) Board of Directors.

Page, who has served on Russellville’s Board of Education for 15 years, is slated to become KSBA’s President-Elect, a two-year term after which Page will become KSBA President. She is currently completing a three-year term as a director-at-large on KSBA’s 27-member Board of Directors.

In addition to Page’s nomination, a KSBA committee selected several members of school boards as candidates to fill expiring director-at-large seats. Once complete, the selections for new Directors-at-Large will be submitted for ratification at the general business session of the annual conference.

Page’s response to this announcement: “Thank you! I look forward to working with school board members across the state!”

Superintendent Bart Flener said, “I am so proud of Ms. Davonna Page for the work she does on behalf of Russellville Independent Schools! KSBA will continue to thrive under her leadership.”
