On Wednesday, Oct. 28, the Logan County FFA Chapter's officer teams loaded the bus to head to Louisville for the 88th National FFA Convention. The National FFA Convention welcomes all FFA members around the country to participate in different kinds of activities. FFA members also get the chance to meet all kinds of members from across the country and learn new things that they do with their chapters and get all kinds of new ideas that they can take back to their chapter.

The Logan County FFA Chapter is blessed to go to National Convention each year. Students from our chapter were able to experience the career show, which is all kinds of booths set up where you can ask questions and figure out more about what field students want to go into.

Logan County's officer teams also got to participate in sessions and different workshops to help strengthen our leadership skills and other kinds of skills that will benefit the chapter.

Students also got the fun chance to go to a Jake Owen and Maddie and Tae concert. They also got to go see "The World’s Toughest Rodeo."

Members attending were Morgan Hunt, Kenton Howard, Shelby Blythe, Abby Arnold, Jenna Simmons, Andrew Milam, Ann-Meguiar Bouldin, Zach Brinkley, Willie Bagby, D.J. Price, Blake Taylor, Paige Brown, Dru Brown, Claire Wilson, Dalton Nash, David Coleman, Jessie Collins, Jacob Haley, Meela Reno, Carolina Baker, Luke Davenport, Jill Baldwin, Jessalyn Robey, Jack Wright and Joey Dilliha.

American degrees went to Shelby Baldwin, Thomas Poole, Monica Nolan and Savannah Woodall.

It was a fun and beneficial trip for all of our officers, and members can't wait for next year's National Convention.
