Campbellsville University Assistant Baseball Coach Carter Sibley traveled to Russellville High School to meet with senior Jordan Blick and his many friends and family to mark the official signing for Blick to join the Campbellsville University Baseball Program next year.

Principal Kim McDaniel began by saying what a privilege it is to have such a good student as Jordan at RJSHS, but also that he is a fine young man. There were many smiles and congratulations, even a few tears, during this ceremony. Hinton shared his gratitude for God’s direction in leading him to Campbellsville, and said that he looks forward to all he will experience in the next four years on the Campbellsville campus.

Among those attending were his parents, Tim and Heather Blick; other relatives including Gloria Blick; Jayden Blick, Bridget Blick Coots, Cindy Offutt, and Whitney and Phillip Ferguson; his current coaches in Panther baseball, Blake Crabtree and Tyler Meacham; his first Russellville baseball coach, Greg Shelton; and some of his baseball teammates.

A four-year starter in baseball, Jordan Blick was also the tight end, punter and placekick holder for the regional champion RHS football team.

He is an A student and is spending his senior year taking dual credit courses as part of the first Panther Academy taking all their courses at Southcentral Kentucky Community & Technical College (SKYCTC).
