Middle School Jamboree set Saturday at LCHS

     The Logan County Basketball teams will sponsor the annual Middle School Jamboree on Saturday, Oct. 30. 

     “There is no cost for the teams to participate as this is a scrimmage and we hope that each school gains game-type experience for their players,” says Lady Cougars coach Scot MacAllister. “Last year was a great day of fun for all. It was great to see our young players and fans excited about the new season ahead.

     “We are excited about having the 4th Region Officials back to work the jamboree, as this not only provides them with an opportunity to evaluate themselves, but it allows the te a.m.s the opportunity to work with high quality officiating.”

Admission will be $3. Concessions will open at 8:30 a.m.
·Games will consist of 4-nine minute quarters. The clock will not stop except for the last minute of each half provided the deficit is less than 10 points.  The scoreboard will be cleared at the end of each quarter 
·Halftime will be 5 minutes. 
·Coaches will receive two :30 second time-outs per half and they will not carry over. 
·Each team. will have a 5-minute warm-up period immediately following the conclusion of the previous game.

· 9:00 a.m.Chandlers Girls v. St. Joseph’s Girls

· 10:00 a.m.Chandlers Boys v. St. Joseph’s Boys

· 11:00  a.m.Adairville Girls v. White House Heritage Girls

· 12:00Adairville Boys v. White House Heritage Boys

· 1:00 p.m.Lewisburg Girls  vs. St. Peter & Paul Girls

· 2:00 p.m.Lewisburg Boys  vs.  St. Peter & Paul Boys

· 3:00 p.m.Auburn Girls  vs.  Russellville Girls

· 4:00 p.m.Auburn Boys  vs.  Russellville Boys

· 5:00 p.m.Olmstead Girls  vs.  Todd Girls

·6:00pmOlmstead Boys  vs.  Todd Boys
