Logan County Summer Baseball is underway with four teams from three counties playing three nights per week.

This league replaces what was known for decades as Babe Ruth Baseball. It is still made possible through the organizing efforts of Artis and Renee Stratton, who have continued to provide a venue for 13-15 year olds to play baseball in the summer, whether or not they are on travel teams.

Sponsors are Price Funeral Home, Pratt’s Auto, Logan Telephone Cooperative and H&H Sheetmetal.

Two of the team are from Logan County and one each from Todd and Butler counties.

Games are played in Butler County on Mondays, Logan County (at LCHS) on Tuesdays and Todd County on Thursdays.

Team 1 Navy: Coach Jon Barrrow, Jaxson Hendrix, Clark Timmons, Stanley, Clifton Faughn, PeytonTaylor, Landon Blick, Thomas Myers, Ethan Paddock, Khruistian McCall, Tyler Knight and Nathan Cates

Team 2 Light Blue: Trevor Scott, Cole Scott, Brevin Scott, Wyatt Blake, Keaton Slaughter, Aaron Hinton, Preston Hurt, Ty Hardison, Lamarcus Hickman, Hayden Jones, Corbin Raynor, Casey Hadden, Evan Dana
