Dale Vowell named general manager of the Russellville Electric Plant Board

Dale Vowell will begin serving as general manager of the Russellville Electric Plant Board on Aug. 1. Vowell has been employed by the Hickman Electric Plant Board for the past 27 years and brings lots of experience to his new position. 

“After an extensive search, we have found the ideal person to fill our vacancy,” said Danny Coffey, chairman of the Board of Directors.  “Dale will join a strong management team already in place at the Electric Plant Board.” 

Vowell and his wife, Sidney, will be moving to Russellville soon.  They have six children, Josh Garrity, Caleb Garrity, Emily Garrity,  Michael Vowell, Tyler Vowell, and Megan Vowell.  They have two grandchildren, Ember Garrity and Michaela Vowell.

“Dale is very active in the local community and is anxious to get to know the citizens of Russellville,” says Office Manager Kim Reeves. “A public reception will be held at the EPB offices in the near future to meet Dale.”

He will take the place of former general manager Robert White, who has accepted another position
