Students are eligible to enroll in courses for the fall second term which begins Oct. 20. The deadline for enrolling in October classes is Oct. 1. Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) offers online and face-to-face classes through its October term schedule.

The second bi-term classes begin on October 20th, and students may qualify for financial aid.

"Many students just run out of time trying to enroll in classes for the fall semester,”says SKYCTC second-year student Shelby Poteet.  “The short term classes let students get their feet wet before starting the full term semester and it also gives students an opportunity to get a jump start on spring classes,” says Poteet.

New students can follow these easy steps to navigate the admission process:

  • Complete an online admission application at www.southcentral.kctcs.edu
  • Submit transcripts from high school and/or any previously attended colleges/universities
  • Submit ACT/SAT scores or complete COMPASS test
  • Apply for financial aid by completing the FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov
  • Attend SOAR (Student Orientation Advising & Registration)

Staff members are available to answer questions from prospective students at campus locations in Bowling Green, Glasgow and Franklin, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Students may also take advantage of 24/7/365 support from the SKYCTC Student Service Center at 1 (855) 246-2482.
