H&H Sheet Metal Fabricators, Inc. recently announced plans to sell 100 percent of outstanding stock to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust, or ESOP, which was effective Dec. 31, 2025.
The transition was recently announced internally during the company’s Employee Christmas Eve Breakfast and represents a strategic step in the company’s long-term growth and workforce investment strategy.
The newly formed ESOP, Synergy Fabricators, Inc., will allow eligible employees to become beneficial owners of H&H Sheet Metal through a qualified retirement plan. Shares will be allocated at no personal cost to eligible employees, providing an opportunity to participate in the company’s long-term performance and growth.

The move to an employee ownership model reinforces H&H Sheet Metal’s commitment to its workforce, community, and sustainable growth. By aligning employee interests with company performance, the ESOP structure supports retention, engagement, and shared accountability while preserving H&H’s legacy and maintaining stability for customers and business partners.
H&H Sheet Metal will continue operating under its existing leadership team and organizational structure. The company will remain headquartered in Russellville. It will continue providing fabrication and industrial services to both existing and new customers with the same quality service.
