Med Center Health will present Health & Wellness Expo 2026 this Saturday, Jan. 10, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Sloan Convention Center in Bowling Green. As Southcentral Kentucky’s largest health fair, this annual community event offers a wide range of free health screenings, live demonstrations, and giveaways from health experts, safety agencies, and community partners.

No preregistration is required, and all activities, screenings, and educational materials are completely free to attendees.

The hospital in Logan County has become part of the system and is now the Medical Center at Russellville.

This year’s Expo will feature more than 50 booths highlighting services, resources, and tools for healthier living. The new year is the perfect time to focus on your health, and this event is a one-stop shop where a small investment of your time can lead to a big return. Your future self will thank you.

There will also be a greater focus on getting teens engaged in healthcare at this year’s Expo.
