Several representatives from LCHS were able to collaborate with district and school leaders from Logan County and Russellville and business and community members during our Graduate Profile lunch this past week with a focus on the competencies our students should have for their post-secondary options. We are looking forward to continuing this valuable work.

Student progress reports went out Tuesday. You can always check your child’s attendance, behavior, and grades via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you need assistance with this program, please contact Mrs. Misty Latham at LCHS (270.726.8454).

We also conducted our safety drills this week with a continued focus on providing our students a safe and secure learning environment.

Early release Friday

Our next ERF is next Friday (Feb. 16). LCHS students will be dismissed at 1 p.m. that day so high school and middle school teachers can plan instruction together.

The freshmen academy has t-shirts on sale. Please tell your students they can pick up an order for from Mrs. Amy Taylor or from the front office. There are also samples hanging in the front office. All orders and money are due by Feb. 20.
