Join us in Elkton for HarvestFest 2017 on Saturday, Oc. 7. Historic Public Square in downtown Elkton will be lined with food vendors, arts and craft vendors, and much more!

Vendors will be setup on the Square selling pumpkins, gourds, mums, games, homemade ice cream, boutique clothing, jewelry, rustic wood crafts, pottery, candles, home decor, hamburgers, barbecue, funnel cakes and much more!

Live music on the Square kicks off at 10:30 am with Alonzo Pennington. Alonzo’s music is described as “a satisfying musical stew that’s guaranteed good for the soul! Take a smattering of vintage Allman Brothers Band, a dash of Stevie Ray Vaughan, a spoonful of Albert King, a dollop of Jimi Hendrix and a pinch of Warren Haynes, throw them all into a big old pot and you’ve got Alonzo Pennington.”

In the afternoon, entertainment features the Corey Farlow Band starting at 12:30 pm. Corey is a local country music artist who was named 2016 ICMA Best New Artist of the Year! His hits “Country Never Stops” and “Burnin Me Up” reached into the top 100 nationwide on the MusicRow Country Breakout chart. “Burnin Me Up” was in the top five most requested songs in the Kentucky/Tennessee area! His hit “Strong” reached #1 on the Christian Country Weekly chart and the Powersource ICM Chart in June 2016.

Within walking distance of the Square, there will also be a free Children’s Fun Area at the Milliken Memorial Community House on West Main Street from 10 am to 2 pm! The Children’s Fun Area will feature a climbing wall, the human gyrothrill, bouncy slide and castle bouncer.
