During the past months, Russellville Jr/Sr High School has shown an active role in supporting student organizations. On Friday, Sept. 14, Mrs. Ashley McGinnis, the sponsor of FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America), traveled with her students to attend a Chapter Officer Training and a Fall Regional Business Session.

Each student received training for their particular officer position of the year.

The following students attended the FCCLA Region 4 Fall Leadership Training: Jayden Hammer, Kaden Boyd, Halle York, Jasmaine Loving, Ausytnn Holdren, and Allison Tatum.

The Regional Officers introduced old and new business during the session then discussed the goals that were developed for every FCCLA Chapter in the Region to achieve. During this time, FCCLA advisors also met and shared club information and ideas.

Russellville is excited its students are training to become the leaders of the upcoming generation!
