Tim Moberly, 73, of Russellville, passed away Friday, April 12, 2019 in Russellville. He was born in Lexington, on July 22, 1945 to the late Austin Smith Moberly and Helen Wood Moberly. He was a truck driver for Carpenter Co. and member of New Union Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Elk Lodge in Squim, Wash.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Patsy Moberly; his son, Timmy Moberly and Gwen of Russellville; his brothers, Sam Moberly and Pam of Adairville, Benny Moberly and Andrea of Russellville, Barry Moberly and Jeannie of Harrodsburg, and Smiley Moberly and Jeanne of Adairville; his siters, Patty Martin and Jackie of Russellville, and Peggy Vincent of Russellville.
Funeral services for Tim Moberly will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 17, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Blick officiating with burial to follow in Whippoorwill Cemetery in Schochoh. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Tuesday, April 16, from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 a.m. until the service hour.
Memorial donations may be made to Galilean Home Ministries or The Gideon’s International. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
