Curtis Wayne McIntosh, 83, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. He was a Logan County native, born March 24, 1936 to the late Harry Curtis McIntosh and Mattie Lou Hines McIntosh. He worked in maintenance at Tappan Range Division, was a member at New Union Baptist Church and was an avid fisherman. 

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Collins.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mildred McIntosh; his son, Randy McIntosh and Lisa of Mt. Juliet, Tenn.; his step-son, Mark Lynch and Brittany of Russellville; his step-daughters, Melinda Neathery of Elkton and Sheila Hazel and Moe of Auburn; his brothers, Harold McIntosh of Murfreesboro and Jewell McIntosh of Portland; 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services for Curtis Wayne McIntosh will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 15, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Blick, Bro. Evan Owens and Brett McIntosh officiating with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation on Monday at the funeral home will be held from 10 a.m. until the service hour.

Memorial donations may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
