J.C. Stacey, 79, of Lewisburg, passed away Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018 at SKY Rehab in Bowling Green. He was born in Clarksville on Jan. 2, 1939 to the late James V. Stacey and Clemmie Murphy Stacey. He was of the Presbyterian faith, retired from TVA, a Master Plumber and a Logan County farmer for many years.
He is survived by special family member Louise Stacey of Adairville; his son, Michael Stacey and wife Cherolyn of Franklin; his daughter, Alison Stacey of White House, Tenn.; his grandchildren, Mollie Stacey Ross and husband Jerred of Franklin, Caleb Stacey of Bellevue, Tenn., and Trevor Stacey of Franklin.
Funeral services for J.C. Stacey will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Michael Stacey officiating with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Adairville. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Tuesday, Nov. 13, from 5-8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 p.m. until the service hour.
Memorial donations may be made to the International Mission Fund at Sulphur Spring Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
