Duncan Wells Sr., 72, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. He was a Jacksonville, Fla. native, born Feb. 5, 1946 to the late Roland Wells and Margaret Frances Duncan Wells. He was a self-employed mechanic and was a member of Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church in Jacksonville.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Martha Lane Wells; his son, Lee Wells and wife Jenny of Russellville; his daughters, Tamra Parker and husband Chad of Hickman and Cindy Dupont and husband Danny of Tampa; and 10 grandchildren.
Graveside services for Duncan Wells Sr. were conducted at 5:30 p,m. on Saturday, June 2, at Maple Grove Cemetery with Chad Parker officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church, 6th and Main Streets, Russellville.
Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
