Frances Nash Taylor, 93, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. She was a Logan ounty native, born July 9, 1924 to the late John T. Nash and Mamie Henderson Nash.  She was a member of Epley United Methodist Church, worked in the Snack Bar at the Logan County Hospital and in retail with Dollar General Store. She was also a great cook and gardener.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James William Taylor.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Taylor and wife Linda of Russellville; her daughter, Cathy Williams and husband Warner of Bowling Green; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Frances Nash Taylor will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Chad Bewley officiating with burial to follow in Jarrett Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until the service hour of 2. 

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Epley United Methodist Church or Jarrett Cemetery. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
