Rosie Mae Gainous, 52, of Nashville, passed away Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017 at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville. She was born in Chattanooga on Sept. 9, 1965 to the late James Biggs and Nina Hall Biggs. She was a cook and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her sons, Brandon Bolton of Lafayette, Tenn. and Christopher Bolton of Orlinda, Tenn.; her daughters, Daisy Towe and Alisha Gainous, both of Olmstead; her brothers, James Biggs of Springfield, Mark Biggs of California and Timothy Biggs of La Grange; his sister, Christy Carter of Trenton; 11 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held for Rosie Mae Gainous at a later date.
Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
