Flossie Whitman, 86, of Lewisburg, died on Thursday, Nov. 23, 2017, at Creekwood Place in Russellville.
She was born Sunday, April 26, 1931 in Lewisburg, the daughter of the late William Anderson and the late Bessie Anderson. She was the wife of the late Hester (Jimmy) Whitman.
She was a homemaker and a member of Baugh Station General Baptist Church.
Surviving are her sons, Gary Whitman of Lewisburg, Rocky Whitman of Russellville, and Jim Ed Whitman of Lewisburg; her daughters, Barbara Whitman and Lisa Boarman (Steve), all of Lewisburg; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, Terry Wayne Whitman, two brothers and four sisters.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, with Bro. Darren Pentecost, Bro. David Morgan, and Bro. Glen Harper officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25, at Price Funeral Home.
