Anna Lee Wren, 90, of Boyles Drive, Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 18, at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. She was a Logan County native, born Aug. 17, 1927 to the late William Bennett Hughes and Matie Fannie Gibbs Hughes. She retired from Red Kap after 33 years and was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Willard Wren. 

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Horton and husband John of Dunmor; her brothers, Billy Hughes of Franklin and Alvin and Jerry Hughes, both of Auburn; her sister, Shirley Norman of Maryville, Tenn.; her grandchildren, Phillip Kennedy, Joshua Fish, Jamye Brown and Sara Dukes; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Anna Lee Wren will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Hughes and Bro. Nick Stamps officiating with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.  Visitation at the funeral home will be held Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Post Oak Baptist Church Upward Program. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
