Anna Faye Warren, 72, of Highland Lick Road, Russellville, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. She was a Logan County native, born Aug. 23, 1944 to the late James Marion Young and Ova Burns Maddox Young. She was a seamstress at Red Kap and worked in food service for the Russellville Country Club. She was of the Baptist faith, was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW and of the American Legion.
She is survived by her sons ~ Terry Swallows and wife Theresa and Jeff Swallows ~ all of Russellville; her daughter ~ Shelia Swallows Natale ~ Charleston, S.C.; and her brother ~ Robert Kermit Young ~ Russellville; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Anna Faye Warren will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Allen and Barry Cates officiating with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. until the service hour of 1 p.m.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Logan County Humane Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
