Joseph Paul Askew, 97, of Wetumpka, Ala. died on Sunday, March 20, 2016 in Wetumpka.
He was born Saturday, Oct. 19, 1918 in Quality.
He was a Church of Christ minister.
Surviving are his son, Daniel Askew - (Debbie); his daughters, Sue Perry, Paula Casey - (Jerry), Jo Len Kidwell-(Paul); 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Friday at Quality Church of Christ with Daniel Askew officiating. Interment will be in Quality Church of Christ Cemetery, Lewisburg.
The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. on Friday, March 25, at Quality Church of Christ.
