Neel C. Clark, 63, of Chicago, Ill. died on Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, at his residence.
He was born Friday, Feb. 15, 1952 in Chicago, the son of the late Judge Clark and the late Beatrice Neel Clark.
He is survived by sister, Donna Maciulis of Chicago.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Lewisburg Cemetery. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery.
