Ruby Nelle Barrow, 76, of Russellville, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Springfield on July 2, 1949, to the late Jim Osborne and Mary Ruby Jean Osborne.
She is also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Barrow Sr.; her daughter, Lora Jean Barrow; and her great-great-grandson, Za’mir Kingston McVay.
She is survived by her daughters, Amanda Clack (Craig Blakemore), Ashley Barrow (Carlous Turner), and Brittany Yeargins (Ladrinkus Baker), her son, Billy Ray Barrow Jr.; her brothers, Jim Osborne (Debbie), Johnny Osborne (Phyllis), Albert Osborne (Gerry), Charles Osborne (Darlene) and Jody Osborne (Lisa); her sisters, Debbie Hall (Steve), Robbie Nelson (Wayne) and Patsy Anglea (Mike)’ and her 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Ruby loved her family and all her customers that became like family from the convenience stores over the years.
