Cremation Chosen, Celebration of Life later
William “Dale” Smith, 71, of Lewisburg, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026 at the Hospice House of Bowling Green. He was born in Russellville on Nov. 11, 1954 to the late William Adam Smith and Ruby Dell Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Smith of Lewisburg; his son, William Smith Jr. (Linda) of Lewisburg; his daughters, Sarah Borders (Derek) of Lewisburg and Tamala Smith (Yasmein) of Clarksville; his brothers, Mike Smith of Lewisburg and Mark Smith (Janet) of Elkton; his sister, Darlene Genovese of Lewisburg; and his grandchildren, Cameron Smith and Anna Smith.
Dale loved his family, was an avid reader, and enjoyed camping and fishing.
Cremation with a memorial service at a later date is entrusted to Kirby Funeral Services Russellville.
