Sandra Kay Lester, 78, of Russellville, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. She was born July 21, 1947, to the late Ezra Theo Foust and Lova Lee Foust. She was also preceded in death by five siblings.
She is survived by her children, Linda Heath (John) of Russellville, Roger Lee Lester Jr. of Dunmor, Connie Turner (Anthony) of Somerset, and Brenda Lyons of Dunmor; her siblings, Bill Foust of Russellville, Sue Marler of Whitley City, Debbie Shoopman of Stearns, and Judy Taylor of Kenosha, Wisc.; and her 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Sandra was a homemaker and loved her family, hummingbirds, throwing horseshoes, and growing irises.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 31, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville with a celebration of Life at 1 with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
