Michael Wayne Epley, 59, of Russellville, passed away Friday, Feb. 20, 2026 at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. He was born in Russellville on Nov. 9, 1966 to Russell Epley and Ann Helton Epley. He was a farmer and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father Russell Epley.
He is survived by his mother, Ann Helton Epley of Russellville; his sister, Michelle Jones of Lewisburg; his uncle, I.E. Helton of Russellville; and his aunt, Kay Fugate of Ledbetter, Ky.
Graveside Services for Michael Wayne Epley will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at Maple Grove Cemetery with Bro. Kenny Gregory officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home prior to the graveside service.
The family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Summers and Son Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses. Contributions may be mailed to P.O. Box 56, Russellville, KY.
