Tammy Steele, 61, of Russellville, passed away Monday, April 21, 2025 at her home. She was born in Russellville on Aug. 12, 1963, she was the daughter of James “Sonny” Hibbs and Sandra Adler Hibbs. She had worked at the Electric Plant Board. She loved going on family beach vacations and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, James “Sonny” Hibbs.
She is survived by her mother, Sandra Hibbs of Russellville; her daughter, Nicki Brown and husband Corey of Russellville; her son, Alan Inman of Lewisburg; her sisters, Penny Mullins and Teresa Jessup and husband Glenn, all of Russellville; her brother, Tony O’Neal and wife Darla of Hickman, Tenn.; her grandchildren, McKenzie Day and husband Logan, Alexandria Brown, Raegan Brown, Brooklyn Inman, Braxton Inman and Colt Inman; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Tammy Steele will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Kati Griffin officiating with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Friday, April 25, from 5 until 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the service hour.
