Barbara Jean Hyams, 69, of Russellville passed away on Wednesday March 20, 2024, surrounded by family. She was the daughter of the late John A. Cothran and Floretta (Armstrong) Cothran. She was a faithful member of the East Side Baptist Church in Russellville for over 50 years.
She is survived by her husband, Morris Hyams of Russellville; here sons Kevin Hyams (Kimberly) of Bowling Green and Brian Hyams of Russellville; her aunt, Helen Armstrong of Russellville; her niece, Wanda Mayhew of Russellville; and her six grandchildren, great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be Friday, March 22, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Kirby Funeral Services and Saturday, March 23, from 9-11 a.m. at East Side Baptist Church with the funeral to follow beginning at 11. Burial will follow in Berea Cemetery.
