Frankie Leon Cage Jr., 41, of Olmstead, passed away Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024 at Vanderbilt Medical Hospital. He was born in Russellville to the late Frankie Lee Cage and Ruby (Brown) Cage. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Sylvester Cage Sr. and Willa Dean Hardesty Cage.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Cage; his sons, Gabriel Forgy of Lewisburg and Cadin Switzer of Campbellsville; his stepsons, Chyle Blackford (Amy) and Chad Blackford of Auburn, his five grandchildren; his step-sister, Casey Sellars of Bowling Green; his aunts, Trevina Jefferson Cage and Debbie Cage, both of Russellville; his cousins, Carla Splawn of Texas, Lori Bilyeu of Olmstead, Annsayus Luna of Clarksville, and Sylvester Cage III.
Frankie loved to trade and collect things.
He will be missed by many and a celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church 375 Cedar Grove Road, Olmstead with Pastor Perryn Dillard Sr. officiating.
