Krystal Faith Meadows, 52, of Springfield, passed away on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023 at her residence. She is the daughter of the late James Edward Meadows and Margie Louise Honeycutt.
She is survived by her son, Dustin Meadows of Clarksville; her daughter, Melinda Krisle (Josh) of Russellville; her daughter, Jordan Meadows of Russellville; her brother, Kyle Meadows of Russellville; and her seven grandchildren.
She loved being a grandmother, gardening, and being an outstanding cook.
Cremation was her wish. Kirby Funeral Services Russellville has been entrusted with arrangements.
