Antonio “Oopie” Chavaz, 19 of Adairville, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023 at Greenview Regional Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was born in Russellville, on Sept. 1, 2004. He worked at McDonalds and was of the Nondenominational faith.
He is survived by his mother, Shernan Johnson of Adairville; his maternal grandmother, Jenan Johnson of California, Mo.; his brother, Daniel Duncan and wife Jasmine of Russellvile; his sisters, Selena Croley and husband William of Adairville and Dulce Morales of Springfiel; her aunts, Michell Helming of Jefferson City, Mo. znd Rachel Prenger of California, Mo.; his soulmate, Kelly Price; and several cousins.
Funeral services for Antonio “Oopie” Chavez will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22, at Summers and Son Funeral Home. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Sunday from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
Memorial donations may be made to Summers and Son Funeral Home to help with expenses.
