Genievieve Lynn Clemence, 65, of Auburn, passed away at her residence on Friday Sept. 22, 2023 in Auburn. She is the daughter of the late Edward Herman Owens and Genievieve Mae Paquin and is also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Barr.
She is survived by her long-time companion, Daniel Sharp of Auburn; her long-time friends, Joe and Kelly Herron of Madison Heights, Mich.; her brothers, Mike Owens (Robin) of Chesapeake Bay, Md. and Jerry Paul Owens of Detroit; her sisters, Patrica Larson (Curt) of Elliston, Va. and Pam Link of Blacksburg, Va.; her granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
She loved her family, to cook and to work puzzles.
Cremation was chosen with burial to be a later date in Owen Cemetery in Riner, Va. Kirby Funeral Services Russellville is entrusted with the arrangements.
