Catherine “Kathy” Lauren Anderson 76, of Russellville passed away on Aug. 20, 2023 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. She is the daughter of the late Homer and Martha Louise Collins. She was a Correction Officer for the jail and loved to read, fishing at the lake, and going out with her friend Linda out to eat.
She is survived by her three sons, John Anderson (Holly Johnson) of Russellville, Dan Anderson of O’Fallon, Ill, and Ricky Clay Anderson of Russellville; her brothers, Neil Collins (Kate) and Wayne Collins, all of Russellvile; her sister, Rita Collins; her grandchildren; Daniel Anderson, Brent Anderson, Daren Anderson, Juila Anderson, Alyssa Anderson, Belinda Slaughter, Sarah Anderson, Seth Anderson and Parker Anderson; and her four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, Aug. 28, from 4-6 p.m. with a celebration of life service on at 6 p.m. at Kirby Funeral Services Russellville.
