Mary Lou Shelton, 90, of Dunmor, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Medical Center in Bowling Green. She was born Tuesday, May 9, 1933, the daughter of the late James Wesley Goodman and the late Dara Maxwell.
She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Moriah Church of Christ.
Surviving are her daughter, Mary Ann Spurlock (Lee) of Dunmor; her sons, James McDonald of Adairville, Roger McDonald (Jamie) of Adairville, Andy Anderson (Jackie) of Dunmor; her stepsons, Marvin Shelton of Madisonville, Swayne Shelton of Lewisburg and Timmy Shelton of Dunmor; and her 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husbands, James Shelton and Cecil Anderson; and four siblings.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, with Bro. Brad Rogers officiating. Interment will be in Russellville Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends after 6 p.m. on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. Visitation will also be from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday.
