David Wayne Ramsey, 68, 0f Auburn, passed away at his residence from an accident from the storm on March 3, 2023. He is the son of the late Raymond and Barbara Ramsey also preceded in death by his brothe,r Raymond “Butch” Ramsey.
David loved riding motorcycles, fishing, and grilling out. He was known as The Pipe Fitter and retired from over 20 years at Young Mechanical. He also was of the Baptist faith and a member of True Vine Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Belynda (Bratcher) Ramsey of Auburn; his daughters, Bradi Michelle Ramsey of Russellville and Cari Smith (Steven) of Auburn; his sons, David Shawn Ramsey (Maegan) of Auburn, Brian Travis Ramsey (Kim) of Russellville and Shannon McCall of Auburn; his sister-in-law, Rhonda Ramsey of Russellville; his brothers, Stephan Lee Ramsey (Sandy) of Russellville, Donald Eugene Ramsey of Auburn and Gerald Scott Ramsey ( Laura) of Auburn; and his 13 grandchildren, great-grandchild, special aunts, uncles, and many friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday March 7, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville with Bro. Johnny Fuller officiating a Celebration of Life at 2 p.m. with cremation to follow. Online register and more can be made at www.kirbyfuneralservices.com
