Martha Morgan Starks, 83, of Schochoh, passed away Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023, at her home. She was a Logan County native, born Oct. 11, 1939 to the late William David Morgan and Mildred Williams Morgan. She worked for Odom’s Sausage Company and was a member of Whippoorwill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie She Starks.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Sanford and Jeff of Schochoh; her sister and her family, Patricia Stuart and Louis of Schochoh; her granddaughter, Ginger Ann Goostree of Franklin; and her great-grandson, Gavin Paul Murray of Franklin.
Martha Morgan Starks’ wishes were to be cremated, with a celebration of life to be held at a later date. The family asks that memorial donations be made to Alzheimer’s Research or to Hosparus Health Barren River.
