Charles Radnie Crafton, 67 ,of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023, at Hospice of Ohio County in Hartford. He was born Wednesday, April 6, 1955, the son of the late Carlie Crafton and the late Lois Hughes Crafton. He was a musician and guitar teacher and a member of the Christian Faith.
Surviving are his aunt, Chloe Logan of Russellville; his nephew, Charlie Logan (Karen) of Russellville; his cousin, Carolyn Smith of Lewisburg; his friend, Travis Bryan of Russellville; and other nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Price Funeral Home, Inc. to help with expenses.
