Carrie Elizabeth Clark Rowe, 78, of Auburn, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023 at her home. She was a Logan County native, born May 11, 1944 to the late William Joseph Clark and Anna Belle Flatt Clark. She worked in the health field and was of the Christian faith. She was a seamstress and enjoyed working crossword puzzles.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Barclay Rowe Sr., and her daughters, Sandi Rowe and Stephanie Spalding Rowe.
She is survived by her son, James Barclay Rowe Jr. and wife Jill of Auburn; her brothers, Joe Wood Clark and wife Betty of Auburn and Russell Clark of Bowling Green; and eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Carrie Elizabeth Clark Rowe will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Marshall officiating with burial to follow in Auburn Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Sunday will be from 11 a.m. until the service.
