Karrion Ann Carter, 64, of Westmoreland, Tenn. passed away Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin. She was a Logan County native, born June 25, 1958 to Dayton Fulks Jr. and Carol Hunt Owens.
She was a member of the Cherry Mound Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brother, Lorne Fulks.
She is survived by her father, Dayton Fulks Jr. of Russellville; her mother, Carol Hunt Owens of Springfield; her husband, Kevin Carter of Westmoreland; her sons, Michael O’Neal of Madison, John O’Neal of Springfield and Ricky Smith of Portland; her daughter, Carol Ann O’Neal of Westmoreland; her brother, Darren Fulks of Dover, Tenn.; her sisters, Sally Jenkins and Wendy Adams, both of Springfield; her 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for Karrion Ann Carter will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022 at Berea Cemetery. There will be no visitation before the service.
