Penny Lou Wilkins, 59, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, at her home in Russellville.
She was born Thursday, Sept. 19, 1963, the daughter of the late Billy Wilkins and the late Betty Johnson Willhite. She was the wife of the late Randal "Randy" Brown.
She was a homemaker and a member of Stokes Chapel Church.
Surviving are her daughters, Heather Ross and Erin Hadden, both of Russellville; her son, Adrian Brown of Lexington; her brothers, Marty Wilkins of Russellville and Ricky Wilkins of Ft. Myers, Fla.; her sisters, Tammy Taylor of Franklin and Debbie Dragoo of Lake Malone; her best friends, Tamie Dye of Lewisburg and Amanda Lawson of Russellville; and her four grandchilden.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. on Monday at Price Funeral Home.
