Carolyn Ann McGehee, 75, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2022, at her home in Russellville.
She was born Sunday, Aug. 3, 1947, the daughter of William Henry Hardison and Relm Baugh Hardison. She was the wife of Wendell McGehee of Russellville, who survives.
She was a retired teacher from Pike Central High School in Pike County, Ind. and a member of Pleasant Union General Baptist Church.
Also surviving are her son, Jonathan McGehee (Rebekah) of Nashville; her brothers, Steve Hardison (Deborah) and David Hardison (Connie) of Lewisburg; and her grandchildren, Elaina, Caden, Mathieu, Lillian, and Kersy McGehee of Nashville.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green Street, Lewisburg, with Bro. Jeremy Brooks officiating. Interment will be in Wiley's Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home,.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
