Marilyn Kay Stokes, 70, of Auburn, passed away Saturday, Aug. 13, 2022 at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. She was born in Springfield on Aug. 19, 1951 to the late Edgar Lawrence and Mona Bagby Lawrence. She was a nurse.
She is survived by her son, Bryon Flowers and wife Allyson of Springfield; her sisters, Sue Carol Jenkins and husband Rick of Columbia, Tenn., Margaret Ann Reid of Russellville and Shirley Chester of Allensville; and her grandson, Bradley Flowers.
Graveside services for Marilyn Kay Stokes will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2022 at Maple Grove Cemetery with Adam Harris officiating. There will be no public visitation before the service.
Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
