Charles D. Scott, 82, of Bowling Green, formerly of Bowling Green, passed away Aug. 9, 2002 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. Charles was born Aug. 2, 1940 in Smiths Grove to the late John Scott and Genie (Richey) Scott.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Shirley (Brady) Scott, as well as 10 brothers and sisters along with several nieces and nephews. Charles is survived by his son, Brian Scott (Keri) of Schertz, Texas and his grandchildren, Zach and Elisa Scott of Schertz.
Charles was a member of the Fellowship Church of Christ in Russellville. He was a delivery driver for many years. He served our country in the U.S. Navy for six years before being honorably discharged.
